Salary: $75,000K - $90,000K, DOE + Bonus

Job Duties:

·     Assist with month end close process, review financial statements, post journal entries and account reconciliations

·     Process fixed assets, roll forward schedules, adjustments and depreciations

·     Participate in year-end audits and ensure SOX 404 compliance

·     Exposure to working with 10K’s and 10Q’s 

·     Actively participate in year-end audits and quarterly reviews

Job Requirements:

·     Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

·     Certified Public Accountant is a plus

·     Minimum of 4+ years of accounting

·     Experience from public accounting with a blend of private industry

·     Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
